I agree it is good to get a "history" of the area in which the home was built on..BUT there does not have to be a so called "death" in the home which alot of people do not understand..activity could have to do with the land and it's history or even the type of "rock" that is underground....I am sure you have heard that limestone etc can cause activity as well.
